Geography
Location
41 km to the north-west from the regional center , 43 km from the Kalinkovichi railway station (on the Gomel - Luninets line ), 163 km from Gomel .
Transportation Network
Transport links along the country road, then the Kalinkovichi - Bobruisk highway . The layout consists of a short rectilinear street close to latitudinal orientation and built up with wooden peasant estates .
History
It is known from written sources since the 19th century . It is indicated on the map of 1866, which was used by the Western Land Reclamation Expedition, which worked in these places in the 1890s. In 1879, a village in the Kolkovsky church parish . In 1908, in the Kryukovichsky volost of the Rechitsa district of the Minsk province . In 1915, a school was opened, which was located in a hired peasant house. In 1930, a collective farm named after K. Ya. Voroshilov was organized, a forge worked. During the Great Patriotic War in May 1943, the invaders burned 38 yards and killed 13 residents. 11 residents died at the front. As part of the state farm "Tremlyansky" (center - the village of Savichi ).
