Vodovichi ( Belorussian. Vadovichy ) is a village in the Berezovsky village council of the Kalinkovichi district of the Gomel region of Belarus .

Geography
Location
32 km southeast of the district center , 35 km from the Kalinkovichi railway station (on the Gomel - Luninets line ), 154 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
In the east, reclamation canals.
Transportation Network
Transport links on the country, then the highway Gomel - Luninets . The layout consists of a rectilinear meridional street, built up on both sides, tightly, with wooden peasant estates .
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the 19th century as a village in the Rechitsa district of the Minsk province . Since 1848, the distillery worked. In 1876, the nobleman Askerko owned 17 329 tithes of land, a windmill and a tar mill in the villages of Vodovichi and Makanovichi . In 1908, in the Urovichi volost of the Rechitsa district of the Minsk province, the Vodovichi Veliky folk farm, the Vodovichi small farm and the Vodovichi tract.
In 1929, residents entered the collective farm , a steam mill (since 1927), a forge, a steel machine, and an elementary school (19 students in 1935) worked. According to the 1959 census, the villages of Veliky Vodovichi (attached to the village of Lenino), Malye Vodovichi. Now one village is Vodovichi. As part of the collective farm named after V.I. Chapaev (the center is the village of Ogorodniki ).
