The source is located in a swamp north of the city of Megion. The river flows almost parallel to the Mega channel through the entire city in the direction from the north-east to the south-west, part of the stream passes through the collector, several bridges are thrown. At the exit from the built-up part of the city, it changes its direction to the west and flows into the nameless lake on the Ob Pasol channel, which flows into the Old Ob channel, which in turn flows into the Ob right 1649 km from its mouth.

The river is heavily polluted. Since 2012, attempts have been made to improve the condition of the river. Fundraising is underway to clean the river.
