The wife of Ophion , ruled by Olympus [2] (according to Ferrekid of Syria). She fought hand-to-hand with Rhea [3] , but was defeated and thrown into Tartarus [4] .

Her temple was in Figalia in Arcadia , her wooden statue is entangled in gold chains, her lower body is like a fish [8] . Servant of the Goddess of Harmony [9] .
In honor of Eurynome , the asteroid (79) Eurynome , discovered in 1863, is named.
Eurynome is also the key keeper of Odysseus .
