History
The street was formed in the middle of the 19th century and was first marked as Yekaterinogradskaya Street on the map of the "Caucasian Land", which was published in the 60s and 70s of the 19th century.
On August 11, 1926, Ekaterinogradskaya Street was renamed Rosa Luxemburg Street . On the same day due to the fact that by this decision of the Presidium of the Vladikavkaz District Executive Committee two streets of Rosa Luxemburg were formed in Vladikavkaz, a decision was made to rename the former Yekaterinogradskaya Street to Felix Dzerzhinsky Street.
