In 2010, 3145 people lived in the district (of which 48.7% of men and 51.3% of women), there were 1,449 households and 894 families. According to the 2010 census, the population of the district was distributed as follows: 21.7% - residents under 18 years old, 2.4% - between 18 and 21 years old, 51.8% - from 21 to 65 years old and 24.1% - aged 65 and over. The average age of the population is 47.9 years. For every 100 women in Brown, there were 94.9 men, while for 100 adult women, there were already 92.2 men of comparable age [1] .
Of the 1,449 households, 61.7% were families: 52.1% of married couples living together (16.9% with children under 18); 6.2% are women living without husbands and 3.4% are men living without wives. 38.3% had no family. On average, the household is 2.14 persons, and the average family size is 2.74 persons. 34.7% of the population lived alone, 18.2% were single elderly people (over 65) [1] .
