Bioenergy is a group of theories and practices of alternative medicine [1] , psychotherapy [2] and extrasensory perception [3] , using pseudoscientific [3] [4] concepts of the existence of “bioenergy” or “ biofield ”.
The key concept in bioenergy is “bioenergy”. The term bioenergy has analogues in various traditions - prana in yoga , qi energy in Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine , the fifth element in alchemy , ether in occultism , orgonic energy in V. Reich . In Tibetan medicine , two concepts are used simultaneously - both prana and qi .
Bioenergy methods in alternative medicine have an established concept in the United States and other Western countries - energy medicine .

The relationship of Christianity to bioenergy
Certainly the methods of occult medicine contradict Orthodox Christian doctrine : treatment with the help of the “cosmic mind”, parapsychology , bioenergy, extrasensory perception , telehealth, magic (white, black or any other “shade”), prayers of traditional healers, removal of damage, the evil eye, yoga, astrological forecasts, etc.
The church also negatively relates to NLP , hypnosis and coding . If the general massage does not contradict orthodox dogma, then the Orthodox Church does not accept non-contact or bio-energetic massage. [five]

Again the “biofield” goes, which psychics are supposedly able to see as the “aura” of various colors (something like a nimbus). A whole pseudo-scientific direction, called “bioenergy” or “bioenergy informatics,” developed in which science-like fables about torsion fields, parapsychology, astrology and elements of various religious cults fancifully merge. ” - ↑ Sergeev, A.G.
