Yoshimoto , Honolulu , Bishop Museum) in the genus Cothonaspis Hartig, 1839 . In 2011, American hymenopterologist Matthew Buffington ( Matthew L. Buffington , Washington , Systematic Entomology Lab, USDA c / o Smithsonian Institution , NMNH ) isolated this species as a separate genus Sinatra Buffington, 2011 as part of the tribe Diglyphosematini Belizin, 1961 , naming it after singer Frank Sinatra [1] [3] [4] .
