Lakeside in Canim Beach Provincial Park
It is located 35 km northeast of the 100 Mile House at an altitude of approximately 772 meters above sea level . The surface area of the lake is 56.1 km². Ledostavit from November to May. The village of the same name is located on the southwestern shore of the lake. There are also three provincial parks on the shores of the lake: Canim Beach, Wells Gray, Roserim Creek.
Flora and Fauna
On the coast of the lake grows: fir , pine , spruce , aspen , triangular poplar and alder in mountainous areas, and lake and rainbow trout , sockeye salmon , burbot are found in the lake’s waters [1] .
The name of the lake in translation means "canoe" [2] .
