Zong Lei

The player began a football career in the club " Tianjin Teda ", in which he played for the youth team. From it, he was able to break into the base in the 2001 season. However, he was not able to get a place in the first team and after several seasons he moved to Shandong Luneng , where he replaced main goalkeeper Den Xiaofai for a while. Following the results of performances in 2004, the team was able to win the Cup of the Chinese Football Association , as well as the Super Bowl. The following year, Zong Lei again lost his place at the base. By the beginning of the 2006 season, the Changchun Yatai team, which again went to the Super League, became interested in the player. After the talks, Shandong Luneng agreed to the transition, and the transfer amount was 2 million yuan . In preparation for playing at the 2007 Asian Football Cup, Zong Lei on February 2, 2007, spent 90 minutes in the starting lineup in a friendly match against Kazakhstan .
