Eduard Yuryevich Khudainatov (born September 11, 1960 , Chimkent ) is an entrepreneur, owner of Independent Oil and Gas Company OJSC. Former First Vice President, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Board of Directors of Rosneft .

Biography
After the army, Khudainatov worked at Yuganskneftegaz as a 3-level installer, after which he went into business.
In 1993 he became vice president of the Evihon oil company.
In 1995, he became president of the company Yuganskpromfinko, which in 1998 was declared bankrupt.
In 1996, he headed the Nefteyugansk branch of the Reforms - New Deal movement, led by Chairman of the Federation Council Vladimir Shumeyko . In the same year he became the head of the administration of the village of Poikovsky and the first deputy head of the administration of the Nefteyugansk region .
In 1996 he became the first deputy mayor of the city of Nefteyugansk . At that moment, the mayor was held by businessman Vladimir Petukhov, who came into conflict with Yukos and was killed in 1998 by a killer. In 2000, Khudaynatov headed the election headquarters of Vladimir Putin in the region and in August of that year “for the achieved labor successes and a great contribution to strengthening friendship and cooperation between nations” he was awarded the medal of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland, II degree.
In March 2003, Khudaynatov became head of Severneftegazprom, a subsidiary of Gazprom .
In 2007, Eduard Khudainatov was a key participant in the trial of Pichugin , who was previously the head of the internal security department at Yukos. He appeared in court as a witness to the prosecution, where he testified about the identity of the murdered Nefteyugansk mayor Vladimir Petukhov, of whom Pichugin was charged with the murder. [four]
In September 2008, he became vice president, and in January of the following year , he became the first vice president of Rosneft . On September 4, 2010, he replaced the head of Rosneft, Sergey Bogdanchikov . In May 2012, he was appointed First Vice President and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Company.
In 2011, he became a laureate of the 2011 All-Russian award of financiers “Reputation” in 2011 in the nomination “For contribution to improving the financial transparency of the Russian exchange-issuing company” [5] .
