Biography
Born in 1979 in Sukhum .
From 1985 to 1992 he studied at secondary school No. 14 in the city of Sukhum .
From 1992 to 1996, he continued his studies at secondary school No. 832 in Moscow .
In 1996 he entered the Faculty of Economics and Territorial Management at the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MGUG), which he graduated in 2001 with a degree in the City Cadastre.
From 2001 to 2004, he studied at the Moscow State University of Humanities and Arts full-time graduate school, and in December 2004 he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on the topic “Cadastral Evaluation of Recreational Lands”.
From April 2005, he worked as an economic affairs expert in the Cabinet of Ministers Office of the Republic of Armenia .
From January 2008 to April 2010, he was appointed Senior Economic Assistant at the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2009, he entered the Law Faculty of the Russian Academy of Justice under the program of the second higher correspondence education.
From April 2010 to October 2011, he worked as Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia.
On October 27, 2011, he was appointed Minister of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia. [one]
