Ostryagin Anatoly Ivanovich (born February 24, 1950 , Tenguly , Mariinsky District , Kemerovo Region ) is a Russian statesman and public figure.

Biography
He graduated from the Novosibirsk River School with a degree in navigational technology, in 1986 - from the Tyumen Industrial Institute named after Lenin Komsomol , specializing in mining engineer.
In 1996-2001, he worked as the General Director of Purneftegazgeologiya. [one]
Member of the State Duma of the fifth convocation. Member of the United Russia Party. Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities. [one]
He is a member of the Council for Cossacks under the President of the Russian Federation [2] .
Cossack General (2006). On June 25, 2005 he was elected ataman of the Siberian Cossack Troops Society . Voluntarily resigned on August 18, 2012, and on the same day, by the decision of the Army Circle, the SVKO was appointed chairman of the Council of Old Men of the Siberian Cossack Army.
On December 4, 2011, he was elected to the Tyumen Regional Duma of the fifth convocation. In May 2014, resigned due to health reasons. [3]
In July 2018, by a decision of a German court, a castle previously purchased for the purpose of money laundering was confiscated from him. [four]
Married, has four children.
