The State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Glukhov” is a research and cultural educational institution that was established on February 8, 1994 in Glukhov, Sumy Region of Ukraine [1] with the aim of ensuring the study, protection, preservation, restoration and rational use of historical and cultural city heritage. The reserve also conducts archaeological research, publishing and exhibition work.

Reserve Memos
In total, in the register of the reserve there are 50 objects that have architectural, historical and cultural value. Of these, 36 are monuments of architecture and urban planning: 5 - of national importance, 31 - of the local category of accounting. Most of the facilities are located on the territory of the former Glukhovsky settlement (central part of the city).
