History
- On the plan of 1753 it is designated as Novaya Perspektivnaya street . It passed from Vosstaniya Square to the bend, including modern Pottery Street .
- In the XVIII century it was supposed to move here the highway Nevsky Prospect .
- From 1821 to 1829 - Malaya Nevskaya Street . The name is given along Nevsky Prospect. Passed from Kharkov street to Professor Ivashentsova street .
- The modern name is known since 1836 . This is due to the fact that on the even side of the street were located the car rows of the Market Square .
