History
The northern part of the street passes along Samarova Gora , the former summer residence of the Moscow province, the southern part - along Pererva [2] . The street was named in 1971 in honor of Ivan Semyonovich Polbin , a Soviet pilot, twice Hero of the Soviet Union , commander of an aviation bomber regiment [3] .
Location
Polbina street starts from Shosseynaya street (in the area of Pechatniki metro station), goes to the southeast, then changes direction to the south. From the west , Kukhmisterova Street adjoins it. The street goes further, smoothly changes direction to the southwest and at the end rests again on Shosseynaya street.
