The village of Olkhovets is located on the left bank of the Dniester River , at the confluence of the Olkhovets River. Upstream at a distance of 3 km is the village of Melnitsa-Podolskaya , downstream at a distance of 5 km is the village of Dniester , on the opposite bank - the village of Perebykovtsy (Khotinsky district) .
