History
The airline was founded in 1993 as the Cheboksary Air Enterprise . It was renamed in 2003 in Chuvashia Airline [1] .
Chuvashia Airlines OJSC was established on March 19, 2003 after the bankruptcy of the Cheboksary Aviation Enterprise. OJSC owned the airport complex and the runway of Cheboksary airport. A controlling stake in Chuvashia Airlines OJSC (50.055%) is owned by the republic, the rest is Adex LLC.
The Arbitration Court of Chuvashia decided to declare Bank of Chuvashia OJSC bankrupt and open bankruptcy proceedings for a period of six months, until February 4, 2012. The decision was made at the request of JSC Design Institute Chuvashgrazhdanproekt. The acting as the bankruptcy trustee approved Konstantin Petrovich Yezyukov
At the end of 2010, Chuvashia Airlines OJSC had a debt to the Chuvashgrazhdanproekt in the amount of 694.8 million rubles. and before the budget in the amount of 10.9 million rubles [3] .
On December 31, 2015, based on the decision of the Arbitration Court on the completion of bankruptcy proceedings, the activity of Chuvashia Airlines OJSC TIN 2127325740 was terminated. Since 2016, the airline’s activities have been completely discontinued.
