Story
The plot is divided into three parts. The first tells of an old man ( Giuseppe Fuda ), who, with his dog, grazes a herd of goats, and then sells milk to the inhabitants of the town. Part ends with the death of the shepherd. In the second part, attention is drawn to the kid, who gave birth soon after the death of the old man. Finally, the third part tells about the “fate” of a tree that was cut down for one of the holidays and then used to produce coal.
