Biography
Graduated from Voronezh State University . Lenin Komsomol (1967). Member of the CPSU since 1965. At the Komsomol work since 1961. She was in charge of the departments of the Voronezh city committee, the regional committee of the Komsomol.
In 1972-1982 - Secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee , was a member of the Central Committee and the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Komsomol.
Since 1982 - Deputy Minister of Education of the RSFSR.
From July 1987 to March 1992 - Ambassador of the USSR, then the Russian Federation in Switzerland.
She was the head of the International Legal Division of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. From September 1994 to April 2002 - Head of the Department of International Relations of the Staff of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Member of the Central Auditing Commission of the CPSU (1976-1981). Member of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR IX convocation (from Rossoshansky district of Voronezh region. [2] ). She was a member of the Presidium of the Committee of Soviet Women .
