The leaves are dark green, oval-elliptical, 2-4 cm long. The edges of the leaves are even, or with 1-3 teeth [4] .

Inflorescences 3–5-flowered, 3–3.5 cm long, flowers in the inflorescence are located densely [1] along the entire length of the branches of last year's growth [2] .

The flowers are semi-double, pure white, elegant, have the aroma of wild strawberries. The petals of the lower circle of the corolla are very wide, not forming gaps, open and bent back, in shape forming a flower of a square shape. Inner petals are few, wrapped inward [1] . Information on the diameter of the flowers is contradictory: 2.5 cm [4] , up to 3.5 cm in diameter [1] , up to 5 cm [2] .

Flowering in late June - early July [4] . It blooms 8-10 days later than the common mockworm. The duration of flowering is 30–41 days. Abundant flowering, usually foliage is hardly visible behind the flowers [1]

In Culture

Frost resistance zones : from 6a to warmer [4] .

It is recommended to plant in places lit by the sun or in partial shade. Shoots are stretched in the shade and flowering is deteriorating.

Soil : well-drained, moderately moist, fertile.

Recommended feeding: annually one bucket of slurry (1:10). In the 3rd year after planting, mineral fertilizers are applied : 15 g of urea , 30 g of superphosphate , 15 g of potassium sulfate , which are diluted in 10 l of water and spent on 1-2 plants. After flowering on 1 m², 20-30 g of superphosphate and 15 g of potassium sulfate or 100-150 g of wood ash are produced .

Formative pruning . In early spring, the strongest shoots are pruned weakly, and the weak shoots - strong. Remove shoots older than 10 years.

Anti-aging pruning . In early spring, 3-4 shoots are shortened to 30-40 cm. All the rest are cut off at soil level. Slices are treated with garden var. The trunk circle is mulched with compost . During the growing season, the bush is fed several times with organic fertilizers and regularly watered. The following spring, almost all shoots are removed, cut into a ring, and only 2-3 of the strongest of which form the basis of a new bush are left on each hemp [6] .
