Acronis True Image - a program for backup and recovery of data [3] [4] . The software allows the user to create a disk image while it is running Microsoft Windows / macOS or offline, by booting from a CD, DVD, USB flash drive, or other bootable media. Online storage allows you to store the most important files in a remote storage.

Additional functionality
The functionality of the program, in addition to backup and data recovery, also includes:
- File Shredder - allows you to permanently delete files on the disk.
- Try & Decide - allows you to go to the desktop, isolated from the system itself.
- Erasing a disk - allows you to erase all data stored on your hard disk.
- System cleaning is a module used to clean computer tracks.
- Disk cloning is a module used to clone a disk.
- Adding a new disk - a module used to add a new disk.
- Acronis DriveCleanser - delete all data on old partitions or entire disks without the possibility of recovery.
- In Acronis True Image 2015, the Acronis DriveCleanser option was cut .
