Baxter Dury (Baxter Dury; born December 18, 1971 , Wingrave, Buckinghamshire , England) is a British musician. Baxter, the son of Ian Dury , at the age of five appeared on the cover of his father’s album New Boots and Panties !! . At age 14, he dropped out of school [1] .

The death of his father in 2000 prompted Baxter to do music [2] . His debut mini-album, Oscar Brown EP , released in 2002, was named "Record of the Week" in New Musical Express [3] . Early work was published by Rough Trade Records , and Dury currently has a contract with Parlophone Records. In 2002, he was born the son of Cosmo Corda Dury, whose mother is the great-granddaughter of the famous film actor Zoltan Corda . [one]
