Biography
Born in 1912. In 1939 he graduated from the Omsk Agricultural Institute , and later - the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU .
Since 1939 - agronomist, deputy head of department, head of the Primorsky regional zoo veterinary department, deputy head of the agricultural department of the Primorsky regional committee of the CPSU (b), 1st secretary of the district committee of the CPSU (b), head of the Primorsky regional department of agriculture, head of the agricultural department of Primorsky Regional Committee of the CPSU.
