Hamilton Belal Green (born November 9, 1934 in Georgetown , Guyana ), Prime Minister of Guyana from August 6, 1985 to October 9, 1992.

In 1993, Green formed his own party, the Forum for Democracy .
Green was also the mayor of Georgetown . In 2003, he was one of the top people who participated in the World Leaders Summit, organized by Moon Song Myung . He is a member of the Presidency of the Federation for World Peace . [one]
