Biography

Born on April 19, 1968 in Kirovo-Chepetsk . Pupil of the Children's and Youth Sports School of the local hockey club " Olympia " (first coach Yu. V. Lozhkin).

During the 1990/1991 season , he moved from Olimpia to the MHL team - Yaroslavl Torpedo (since 2000 - Lokomotiv ), where he played 12 seasons, spending 443 matches and scoring 104 goals. As a member of the club he became a two-time champion of Russia (seasons 1996/1997 and 2001/2002 ) and twice the bronze medalist of the championship of Russia (seasons 1997/1998 and 1998/1999 ), in 1998 he participated in the Euroleague final tournament. Part of the 2000/2001 season played for the Moscow Wings of the Soviets .

The final season of a playing career was spent in Ufa “ Salavat Yulaev ” and Chelyabinsk “ Mechel ”.

In 2005–2008, he worked as a coach and head coach of the Yaroslavl youth team “Lokomotiv-2”, then as the head coach of the VHL clubs - Stupino “ Captain ” (2008/2009) and Podolsk “ Rys ” (2009/2010). Since 2010 - sports director of the MCC “ Loko ” (engaged in selection and administrative work).
