Breeveertien (1951)

Breeveertien Floating Beacon

Initially, Trinity House Number 11 floating lighthouse . Built in 1951 for the lighthouse service in the Irish Sea. Used as a lighthouse until 1988. In 1995, it was sold and towed to the Netherlands, where it underwent restoration and conversion into a floating restaurant. Then he received a new name - Breeveertien ( Breeveertien ), by the name of the site in the North Sea. Since 2000, moored in Wijnhaven , Rotterdam .

In 2008, it was resold and underwent another restoration. In 2009, it opened as a Tinto restaurant. Lighthouse and foghorn in working condition.
