Biography
Born on August 14, 1981 in the city of Sukhumi (now Sukhumi) , where in 1998 he graduated from high school No. 20.
In 2003 he graduated from the Saratov State Agrarian University. N. I. Vavilova , majoring in accounting and auditing.
In December 2003, he was hired as a leading specialist in the department of financing the social sphere and management apparatus in the Finance Committee of the Saratov Administration.
From August 2004 to February 2006, he held various positions in the financial department of the Oktyabrsky district of the Administration of the city of Saratov. In 2005, a qualification rank was assigned - junior municipal adviser of the III class.
In February 2007, in Saratov, he defended his Ph.D.
From April to June 2007, a leading specialist in the sector of integrated planning of the consolidated analytical department of the Finance Committee of the Administration of the city of Saratov.
From September 2007 to January 30, 2009 he worked as a legal adviser for the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia.
On January 30, 2009 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Abkhazia .
From October 13, 2011 to October 15, 2014 he was the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Abkhazia [2] .
