Turgenevsky Bridge - a road bridge across the Kuban River . It connects Turgenev street ( Krasnodar ) and Turgenev highway ( Adygea ). Under the bridge from the side of Krasnodar passes Kubanskaya Embankment Street.

Description
Cargo and passenger traffic are carried through the bridge. On average, 14 thousand vehicles pass through the bridge per day [2] .
History
The construction works began in 1978, the regular movement opened in 1986. Currently it is one of the three bridges connecting the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea in the territory of the city of Krasnodar.
In the spring of 2008, the opening of the MEGA Adygea shopping center took place on the territory of Adygea, 2 km from the Turgenevsky Bridge, and therefore the load on the bridge increased significantly.
On July 16, 2008, repairs began on the bridge, which lasted about a month, during which time they restricted movement, leaving one lane in each direction [3] .
In December 2008, LED spotlights installed in 16 color modes were installed on the bridge [4] .
November 26, 2015 due to the deformation of the seam there was a partial collapse of the bridge [5] . According to the traffic police department in Krasnodar, an unknown truck driver, driving across the bridge, damaged the seam [6] [7] .
In 2015, the city administration raised the issue of reconstruction of the bridge [8] [9] .
