Helladoter

Helladotherium ( Latin Helladotherium , from the Greek Ελλάδα “ Greece ” and other Greek θηρίον “beast”; “Greek beast”) is an extinct genus of giraffes that lived in Europe, Africa and Asia in the Miocene . Of the known remains, the skeleton of a female, reconstructed on the basis of a comparison with the skull of the giant syvateria, is best preserved.
