The flag was approved on June 16, 2011 by decision of the Council of the Novopavlovsk rural settlement No. 29 Β§ 2 [1] and entered into the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 6991 [2] .
Description
"A rectangular panel with a width-to-length ratio of 2: 3, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms of the Novopavlovsky rural settlement of Beloglinsky district in blue, green and yellow colors."
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: β In a green field with an azure head burdened by the outgoing sun (without a face image), two pillars are accompanied in green, set in a belt with three inflorescences of sunflower; all the figures are golden . "
Symbolization Justification
The flag language of symbols and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic characteristics of a rural settlement.
The rural settlement of Novopavlovskoye is located in the eastern part of the Krasnodar Territory, which the flag of the rising sun allegorically indicates. The sun, giving life to everything on earth, symbolizes heat and light.
The endless fields and grain fields of the settlement are allegorically shown alternately by vertical yellow and green stripes.
The image of sunflower inflorescences reflects one of the main directions of economic development of the settlement - the cultivation and processing of sunflower. The three inflorescences of sunflower allegorically indicate three settlements within the settlement: the administrative center of the settlement is the village of Novopavlovka , the village of Kuleshovka, and the meklet farm.
The blue strip of the cloth allegorically points to the river Meklet flowing through the lands of the settlement.
The blue color of the cloth symbolizes perfection, virtue, sublime aspirations, will, clear sky.
The yellow color of the cloth symbolizes greatness, wealth and prosperity, strength, prosperity.
The green stripes allegorically indicate the development of crop production in the settlement, and also symbolize nature, fertility, life, hope and health.
