The Scientific and Educational Library is a series of small popular science books and brochures intended for schools for working youth and other similar institutions. Produced by the State Publishing House of Technical and Theoretical Literature (Gostekhizdat; GITTL) in Moscow from 1954 to 1958 . Numbered editions were published in mass editions, some of which are reprints of books, which had previously been published several times in the Popular Science Library by Gostekhizdat.
