Title History
On August 20, 1739, the name Bolshaya Matrosskaya Street was given the name due to the fact that it was planned to build barracks for sailors of the Admiralty Office here . At the end of the XVIII century the name Gryaznaya Street arose, due to the poor location of this part of the city. In parallel, there was the name Abolished Street [1] .
The modern name of Pskov Street was received on July 14, 1859 in the city of Pskov , among other nearby streets, named after the provincial cities of western Russia [1] .
History
The street appeared in the first half of the XVIII century [1] .
