Biography
Born September 26, 1974 in Sukhumi, in the Abkhaz ASSR [1] .
He graduated from Abkhaz State University , and then graduate school in the department of accounting analysis and audit of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov [2] .
He served as Deputy Minister of Finance.
From October 10, 2011 to April 8, 2015 he was in the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia [3] .
From June 2, 2014 to September 29, 2014, he served as Prime Minister of Abkhazia.
