The latest version is Embarcadero JBuilder 2008 R2. According to the developers, JBuilder is an industrial-class development environment based on the Eclipse open-source framework.
JBuilder 2008 is available in two versions: JBuilder 2008 Professional and JBuilder 2008 Enterprise. The latter additionally includes tools for profiling memory usage and processor, performance tuning, basic UML modeling tools, code-diagram conversion tools and vice versa, and so on.
