Winners

James Wade arrived at the tournament in the rank of the current winner. But he was defeated in the semifinals by Brendan Dolan , who became the first player in the tournament to play 9 darts. [1] Phil Taylor won the tournament. She became for him the tenth in this tournament. [2]

The prize pool of the tournament amounted to 350,000 pounds. This prize pool has been raffled for the third year in a row.

Qualification

Of the 32 tournament participants, 16 were selected based on a PDC rating for October 2011 . The top eight ranking players were seeded. 14 players were selected based on their performance in the 2011 season, and two more places won the best players in Ireland and Northern Ireland. [3]
