History
Vicariate was formed in 1934 as part of the Harbin Diocese [1] .
By the definition of the Synod of December 27, 1945, together with other Orthodox bishops of China, he was accepted into the Moscow Patriarchate. Hailar vicarstvo was abolished, and Archbishop Demetrius responded to Russia [2] .
