Biography
Alexander Anatolyevich Dorofeev was born on July 4, 1946 in Tapiau ( Gvardeysk ) of the Kaliningrad Region in the family of a military man. Father Dorofeev, Anatoly Vasilievich - Colonel , in 1995 was awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation [3] . Alexander Dorofeev is considered the first resident of the Kaliningrad region, formed on July 4, 1946, as he was born at 0 hours 01 minute [4] . In 1964 he graduated from 11 classes of a secondary school and voluntarily entered the Baku Higher Combined Arms Command School named after the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan SSR , which he graduated in 1968 with honors and a gold medal [5] .
Education
- 1964-1968 The Baku Higher Combined-Arms Command School , specializing in combined-arms command, was assigned the qualification of an officer with a higher general education (teacher of physics, mathematics) and secondary military education. Diploma with honors and a gold medal [6] .
- 1971-1974 years, the Military Academy. MV Frunze , specializing in command and staff, operational and tactical combined arms, was assigned the qualification of an officer with higher military education [7] .

- In January - April 1995 he took part in the search for prisoners of war, wounded and dead soldiers in the first Chechen war . He was awarded the Order of Courage [21] (award No. 7809).
- March 1, 1999 he was transferred to the reserve after years of service with the right to wear a uniform.
Retired
Lives and works in the city of Maykop , Republic of Adygea . He was elected a deputy of the Krasnodar Territory Council of People's Deputies (1985-1991), the Adygea Regional Council (1985-1991). He was elected as a deputy (on an ongoing basis) of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Adygea in 1992 [22] . In 1993-1996 - Chairman of the Committee on Military, Disabled, Veterans of War and Labor Legislative Assembly (Hase) - Parliament of the Republic of Adygea . From 1996 to 2001 - Chairman of the Committee of the State Council-Hase of the Republic of Adygea on legislation and the rule of law.
In 1999, he participated in the elections to the State Duma of the 3rd convocation . [23]
He worked as Advisor to the President of the Republic of Adygea on military issues and Cossacks, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Adygea , Permanent Representative of the President of the Republic of Armenia to the State Council-Hase of the Republic of Armenia.
In January 2006, the Higher Council of the Public Recognition Forum, chaired by Academician E.P. Velikhov, noted his fruitful activities as a Diploma and Honorary Badge of the Laureate.
In 2008, he created and headed the Adygea regional branch of the All-Russian Public Organization of Veterans of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation [24] . He heads the group of generals "General Brotherhood".

Since 2012, Inspector of the Inspector Group of the Joint Strategic Command of the Southern Military District of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation . In 2016 he was awarded the medal “Glory of Adygea”
