“See See Rider” , also “CC Rider” , “ See See Rider Blues ” or “ Easy Rider ” is an American blues song written in 1924 by Ma Raine and Lena Arant. Ma Rainey recorded the song on October 16, 1924. In January 1925, her record with the song took 12th place. Later the song was recorded by WeeBBuz (1943; his version won 1st place in the Negro charts of Billboard ), Big Bill Brunzi, Mississippi John Hurt , Ledbelli , Peggy Lee , Jerry Lee Lewis , Ray Charles , Chuck Berry , Lonni Johnson (1963), The Music Machine , The Everly Brothers , The Animals (1966), Janice Joplin , The Grateful Dead , etc.

Elvis Presley performed the song at the beginning of most of his concerts, starting in 1970. She can be heard on the live albums On Stage (1970), Aloha From Hawaii (1973), Elvis in Concert (1977) and others.
