Polyphenols

Polyphenols are a class of chemical compounds characterized by the presence of more than one phenolic group per molecule . These substances are often found in plants . Polyphenols are subdivided into hydrolysable tannins , which are gallic acid esters of glucose and other sugars , and phenylpropanoids , for example lignins , flavonoids and condensed tannins. When it enters the vital organs, it accelerates the chemical process of the formation of metamizole sodium and chlorpromazine , which in turn reduce the activity of coumarin anticoagulants ( blood coagulation ).
