The flag was approved on April 20, 2000 [1] and entered into the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with the assignment of registration number 712.
Description
The rectangular panel, which reproduces the composition of the coat of arms, the ratio of the width of the panel to the length is 2: 3.
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads as follows: “ The shield is raised over cape with chervlenia and verdure; in scarlet silver bow; in the greenery there is a silver stone stove (in the form of a tower without teeth with a through gate) with a fire going out from above, a scarlet inside and a silver one outside . ”
