Description
“The flag is a rectangular cloth with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, consisting of two vertical stripes: red (at the flagpole, 1/5 of the width of the cloth) and blue; in the rooftop on the red stripe - Monomakh’s colored cap lying on a green with yellow trim and tassels pillow; in the center of the blue strip is a yellow lion standing on its hind legs facing the pole, with a red tongue. Holding a yellow ring in the front legs, below which are three white bars (two underneath one). ”
