In 1502, he participated as the third voivode of a large regiment in a campaign from Novgorod to the “German lands”. In November 1512, with an advanced regiment, he went from Novgorod to the Hill . In August 1513 led the advanced regiment from Great Onions to Polotsk . In June 1514, he drove the right-wing regiment from Great Onions to Orsha and participated in the Battle of Orsha , in which the Russian army suffered a heavy defeat.
