By order of Hezekiah , the Siloam tunnel 533 meters long to the Siloam pond was cut in the rock [2] . The vertical drop over the tunnel is 10 meters, so in 2Par. 32:30 speaks of the "upper channel of the waters of Geon." The also enters the source.
Other Interpretations
The biblical encyclopedia of Archimandrite Nicephorus claims that Geon is mentioned in 2 Chronicles. 32:30 and 2 Par. 33:14 - this is another source at the beginning of the Ennova Valley in the southwest of the Old City.
