General data

Tyumen TPP-2 is located in the southeastern part of Tyumen , near the Voinovka microdistrict. It is the largest heat and power plant in Fortum PJSC both in terms of capacity and in the generation of heat and electricity, it has modern equipment with high fuel efficiency. The CHP includes 4 power units. There are 3 steam boilers and 3 peak hot water boilers in the peak boiler house. Installed electric capacity is 755 MW, thermal - 1639.8 Gcal / h [2] .

Natural gas makes up 100% of the fuel balance of the power plant, in connection with this, the minimum amount of harmful substances is released into the atmosphere. Electric power is supplied from the switchgear at a voltage of 220 and 110 kV. The heat supply system is closed, with heat generation according to the temperature schedule of 150/70 ° C. One reinforced concrete chimney with a height of 240 m was installed. Cooling of the circulation water is provided by four frame-sheathed cooling towers with an irrigation area of 2300 (No. 1) and 3200 m² and a height of 86 m [3] .

The official address of the company: 625053, Tyumen, st. Latitudinal, 200.

History

The construction of the Tyumen TPP-2 was started on November 1, 1981. The Tyumenenergostroy Trust was appointed the general contractor. The official design assignment was approved on June 29, 1982 . The Ural branch of the VNIPenergoprom Institute was appointed as the general designer. Construction proceeded at a high pace [4] . The first heating boiler with a thermal capacity of 209 MW (180 Gcal / h) was launched in December 1985, and the first power unit of a 210 MW thermal power plant was included in the grid at 2 hours 25 minutes on July 9, 1986 . Total was commissioned:

  • hot water boiler No. 1 KVGM-180-150 - December 19, 1985
  • power unit No. 1 with a turbine T-180 / 210-130-1 LMZ head. No. 1819 - July 31, 1986
  • power unit No. 2 with a T-180 / 210-130 turbine - March 28, 1987
  • power unit No. 3 with a turbine T-180 / 210-130-1 LMZ head. No. 1913 - December 29, 1987
  • hot water boiler No. 2 KVGM-180-150 - March 18, 1988
  • power unit No. 4 with a K-215-130 turbine - March 27, 1990
  • hot water boiler No. 3 KVGM-180-150 - September 27, 1990
  • three steam boilers GM-50-14 with a steam capacity of 50 t / h each (steam for production).

The construction of the CHP was completed in 1991 .

Activities

The following main equipment is installed at the CHPP:

  • Boilers TGME-206 type Ep-670-13.8-545GMN, st. No. 1-4, produced by Krasny Kotelshchik Production Center ( Taganrog ). The boiler has a steam capacity of 670 t / h, fresh steam pressure is 13.8 MPa (140 kgf / cm²), fresh steam and intermediate superheat temperature is 545/545 ° C, gross boiler efficiency is 94.4%. The main fuel is natural gas, the backup is heating oil.
  • Turbine st. No. 1-3 of type T-180 / 210-130-1 produced by PO Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod ( St. Petersburg ) is a cogeneration plant with a nominal capacity of 210 MW, with two cogeneration units for steam. Fresh steam pressure - 12.8 MPa (130 kgf / cm²), fresh steam and intermediate superheat temperature - 540/540 ° C.
  • Turbine st. No. 4 of type K-215-130-1 PO “ LMZ ” is condensing, with a rated capacity of 215 MW, with seven unregulated steam withdrawals. The steam parameters are the same as those on T-180 / 210-130-1 cogeneration turbines.
  • Generators TGV-2MUZ produced by NPO Elektrotyazhmash ( Kharkov ) with a capacity of 220 MW, voltage 15.75 kV, with thyristor excitation, hydrogen cooling of the rotor winding and water cooling of the stator winding.
  • KVGM-180-150-2 gas-oil hot water boilers with a thermal capacity of 209 MW (180 Gcal / h). The boiler is a direct-flow boiler with a T-shaped layout, designed to burn gas and fuel oil. The combustion chamber of boiler No. 1 is equipped with six vortex gas-oil burners, boilers No. 2 and 3 - with eight burners. The calculated water pressure is 2.5 MPa [5] . An automated control system for hot water boilers has been introduced [6] .
  • Steam boilers in a boiler room type GM-50-14, Art. No. 1-3, with a steam capacity of 50 t / h, with a saturated vapor pressure of 1.4 MPa (14 kg / cm²) and a temperature of 197 ° C.

CHPP-2 supplies about 40% of the heat needed by the city. Electricity consumption for own needs is: for the generation of electricity 272.262, for the generation of thermal energy 104.936, for household needs 3.207 million kWh [7] .

Installed capacity: electric - 755 MW, thermal - 1639.8 MW.
