Hoabin ( Vietnamese. Hòa Bình ) is a province in northern Vietnam . The administrative center is the city of the same name .

Content
Geography
It borders with the provinces: Futkho (in the north), Hanam and Ninbin (in the east), Thanh Hoa (in the south) and Shonla (in the west), as well as with the city of central subordination to Hanoi (in the north-east). The area of the province is 4595 km². The relief is mainly mountainous and hilly, with narrow valleys. The climate is tropical, characterized by rather arid winters and hot rainy summers.

According to 2013 data, the population is 868 353 people [1] . The population according to 2009 is 786 964 people. The population density is 171.27 people / km² [2] .
