Biography
Born on September 10, 1876, received his education at the Irkutsk military paramedic school, Irkutsk cadet school and officer cavalry school.
On February 7, 1898 he was promoted to the coronj of the 1st Argun regiment of the Transbaikal Cossack army .
In 1900-1901 he took part in the Chinese campaign against boxers , for the distinction he was awarded the orders of St. Anne of the 4th degree and St. Stanislav 3rd degree with swords and bow. February 7, 1902 promoted to centurion.
In 1904-1905, Saraev fought with the Japanese in the Far East and was awarded three orders for the differences in this campaign: 4th degree Vladimir with swords and bow, St. 3rd degree Anna with swords and bow and st. 2nd degree Anna with swords. Also on November 7, 1904, he received the rank of subaul .
Continuing his service in the Argun Cossack Regiment, Sarayev was promoted to esaul on November 7, 1908.
From the very beginning of World War I, Saraev was on the Russian-German front. He died in battle on October 19, 1914. By the highest order of April 17, 1915, he was posthumously awarded the Order of St. George 4th degree
