Baknin ( Viet. Bắc Ninh ) - a province in the northern part of Vietnam , in the delta of the river Hongkha . Area - 822.7 km² [1] . The administrative center is the city of the provincial subordination of Baknin . The province is the smallest in Vietnam by area and has the largest population density in the country .
