Artona octomaculata (lat.) - a species of butterflies from the pestryanka family. Distributed in the Khabarovsk and Primorye Territories , in Japan , on the Korean Peninsula and in China [1] . Caterpillars develop on cereals [1] . Butterflies can be observed from June to July. Wingspan 19-23 mm. Fore wings with four whitish-yellow spots [1] .
