Parliamentary elections in Moldova March 22, 1998 - the third parliamentary election in the Republic of Moldova . 9 political parties, 6 blocs and 60 independent candidates took part in the elections. The electoral threshold for parties is 4%, for blocs - 4% for independent candidates - 4%. The turnout among the civilian population amounted to 69.12% of the voters on the electoral lists, and therefore, the elections were declared valid.
